If there were a data-enabled iPod touch with a camera and GPS, I'd buy it in a heartbeat and I'd figure out some way to buy one for each of my K-12 students as well. All the goodness of the iPhone comes from it being a mini-computer-- if the iTouch had the camera and GPS I'd almost never even think of the iPhone...
