Well, we actually are a way into the new school year, but it seems that I haven’t been updating this blog too regularly. My bad! I’ve been having a pretty good year so far. I have been helping out with the Friday Clubs at BRHS for the past month. That has been so much fun. It’s great getting to see some of the Talent Search students on a regular basis. I miss you guys!!!!

I had a great opportunity this past week to help judge the Jr. High Speech Competition for the Lower Kuskokwim School District. As I sat looking at the list of students who were here, I realized that I recognized quite a few names on that list. It was great talking to these students. I wish I could do more with you all throughout the school year.

I’m starting to get busy with my year end report. It is due at the end of November and I’m stilling working on trying to get information from all of the schools. I got about half of the schools reports back, but still need a few more. If any of you site administrators or teachers are reading this, please try to get them sent back to me soon!

I can’t wait for next summer to see all of you back here again for another year of camps. I’m always looking for ideas, so if you can think of anything please let me know. You can email me at talent_search@bethel.uaf.edu
