Welcome

These instructions can be used to guide you through the steps needed to prepare for your first distance education course sessions. Distance education is delivered through a variety of mediums within the University of Alaska system. Most courses are offered online, however there are also courses offered via television, audio, video, or Internet conferencing, and correspondence. It is important for your success to know the delivery method(s) of your course. You can find this information in the course schedule and your course syllabus.

So, welcome to the University of Alaska! Follow the steps to get to your online syllabus, which should tell you what you will need to know and do to be ready for the start of class.
